Monthly Statistics

Monthly Statistics reports various figures to give you an idea of how your workshop is performing. The function can be performed for any month of any year.

To view the Monthly Statistics for any month select Workshop from the Main Menu. Select Monthly Statistics from the drop down menu. G-E presents the Statistics Date dialogue.

Enter the month and year for the month you wish to view statistics for and click Ok.

Bank Balance	The total of the Ledger Bank column at the end of the specified month.
Cash on Hand	The total of the Ledger Cash column at the end of the specified month.
Hours Charged	The sum (in hours) of all labour charged on invoices for the specified month.
Work Orders Total	The total of work orders that were current at the end of the specified month.
Turnover for Month	The sum of all invoices for the specified month. (Including GST).
GST Collected	The sum of the GST charged for the specified month.
Total Expenditure	The total transferred from the ledger Bank and Cash columns for the month.
Turnover - Expenditure	The result of subtracting Total Expenditure from Turnover for Month.
