Technicians Performance shows the number of hours charged for each technician.
This report forms a quick evaluation of the performance of each
technician.
To check Technicians Performance, select Workshop from the Main Menu. Select Technicians
Performance from the drop down menu. The Date Range
dialogue is displayed.
Enter the dates for the report period. Click Ok on the Date Range dialogue. The Technicians Performance report is displayed.
The report shows each technician's search code and ID. The
number of hours each technician has charged on invoices and the number of hours
tied up in work orders current for the specified period. The column
totals are tallied and displayed. The bottom line of the report shows overall totals
of all technicians combined.

The information here is read from the data
files and is dependent on correct setting up of labour items.
