Income versus Expenditure is a report sent directly to the printer. The report can be generated for any period. (Generally monthly is chosen). The report shows the total deposits and expenditure for the period. Total expenditure is subtracted from the total deposits to arrive at a Gross Profit figure for the period. The printout lists all Categories and their associated Columns. The total category expenditure is shown along with the totals of each column's transactions.

To generate an Income versus Expenditure report, select Ledger
from the Main Menu. From the drop down list, select Income/Expenditure. The Date Range dialogue is displayed. Enter the start and end dates for the report. Click Ok to print the report.
