Load Quote is used to open previously saved quotes for further additions.
To open a previously saved quote, select Invoice from the Main Menu. From the drop down menu, select Load Quote. The current list of quotes is displayed in the Load Quote list.
Highlight the current quote you wish to open. Click Ok, press Enter or double click the entry to open the quote. The quote opens in the state in which it was last saved.
Edit the quote as required or convert the quote to
a work order if the job was performed. If no quotes
are currently held in the system, the Load Quote option will be greyed out and
unavailable.
