Client Vehicle Invoice Accounts Ledger Parts Orders Utilities Docket Workshop
The invoice register is a simple utility which lists all invoices written between search dates. Any invoice in the list can be viewed.
To view a listing of all invoices written between selected dates select Invoice from the Main Menu. From the drop down menu, select Invoice Register. G-E presents the Date Range search dialogue. Using the Date Range dialogue, determine the range of invoices you wish to view. G-E presents a list of all invoices finalised on the dates that fall in the range determined in the Date Range dialogue.
Highlight any entry in the returned listing and click View Invoice to open the invoice for viewing. Alternatively, double click the entry to view the invoice.
