A complete bookings function so you can throw that diary away! No more hassles at the end of the year when you need to take bookings for the New Year and do not yet have a diary.
Bookings can be taken for any day of any month of any year. Busy days can be checked as "Booked Up" to prevent overbooking. Bookings can be moved for job postponements. New clients and their vehicles can be added to the system from the bookings dialogue. Pre filled job sheets can be printed outlining work to be done and client and vehicle information. Existing vehicle histories can be checked at the time of a booking so a client can be reminded of work required from the last job.
