To add a new text entry to the library, select Utilities from the Main Menu. Select Text Entry from the drop down menu. Select New Text Entry from the submenu. The New Text Entry dialogue is displayed.

If the text you are adding is to be "model specific", enter the vehicle model in the Model
field. Leave the model field blank to add the text to the global text library. Enter a search code for the text entry in the Code field. This is the code you use to find the entry in the library. Enter a description of the text in the Desc field to identify the text.

Click in the blue notes field or press the Tab key to move through the fields to activate the text controls. Type the text into the notes area as you like. If you prefer, the text can be entered in upper or lower case and the Toggle Case control used to set the case correctly.

Text can be imported from other text libraries. To find another text entry by code, select Insert by Code. The
Select Text Entry list is displayed. Enter the search code for the text entry you wish to import. Select the text entry and click Ok or double click the entry in the list to import the text.
   
To insert text from other model specific text libraries, click or select the Insert by Model control. The
Select Text Entry list is displayed sorted by model. Enter the model name for the text library you wish to access. Scroll through the text entries for the entry you wish to import. Highlight the text entry and click Ok or double click the entry to import the text.

Click Ok to save the text entry to the library. The entry will now be available for importing into work orders, quotes, kits etc.
