G-E has a complete parts inventory with automatic ties to the parts and invoicing systems. Parts sold on invoices or dockets are adjusted in the inventory. If you are not sure of the quantity of a part you should carry, the "Part History" control instantly gives you sales history on any part over any period. The Inventory can present the list with three different pricing structures.
Inventory levels for any item are easily set for max & min quantities. Items falling to or below the set minimum are automatically added to the restocking list for re-order. Parts from any library are easily added to the inventory.
