As parts recorded in the inventory are sold, their quantities in the Inventory are automatically adjusted. When any inventory item falls to or below the inventory set minimum, G-E issues a warning of the fact and adds the item to the Restocking List. G-E also shows the current quantity in stock and the order quantity required to raise the stock level for the item to the inventory set maximum. The list shows the parts at cost price to give you an idea of the cost of the order.
