History by Date is a function which will print all invoices for a selected vehicle for a selected period.
To print the history of a vehicle select Vehicle from the Main Menu. Select History by Date from the drop down menu.
G-E presents the Vehicle List. Select the vehicle you wish to print the history for. G-E presents the Date Range dialogue.
Enter the Start and End dates in the dialogue for the history period you require printed. Click Ok on the Date Range dialogue.
All invoices raised for the selected vehicle for the period selected will be reprinted.
Click Cancel on the Date Range dialogue to abort the function.
