G-E is formatted to print directly to DL sized envelopes, the standard for A4 paper. You don't have to muck around with labels etc. If you have more than one printer connected to your computer, you can select the preferred printer for printing envelopes. You can also choose to have G-E print your company name and address on the top left corner of the envelope. You can adjust the margins but using the settings listed in the image does a pretty fine job.
