The statement run can be performed for any month at any time. Your system doesn't grind to a halt at the end of the month until you catch up on your office work.

Depending on the speed of your printer and the number of statements to be printed, the statement run can be a little time consuming. Because of this and the fact that at one time, during a run of about 70 statements, I needed to enter a payment into the system while the statements were running, the statement run can be paused. In this paused state, you have full access to all of the software's functions. You can enter a payment, raise an invoice, print an invoice etc. then resume the statement run.

If you suffer a power cut in the middle of a statement run, or the mig welder pops the circuit breaker the computer is on (been here before), G-E has a built in recovery function which can recover the statement run when all is up and running again.
